I'm only guessing Jim. But I know of few people who had similar photos on their accounts and they were disabled. I understand the reasoning to a point. You don't want kids seeing things they are not old enbough to see and you don't want to be having to deal with an over-reactionary group of "concerned parents". and that is how "zero tolerance" rules are born.
