My 350 just may be black ... 1) I am color blind to dark, natural tones. Dark green, dark blue, black, etc. Lots of them blend together to me. 2) it will look green under a bright LED light & black under a regular, filament light.
In order of purchase:
1) Mosrite Ranger
2) V88
3) Stereo 350
4) Hallmark II in Johnny Blue
5) Danelectro '66
6) Celebrity III
7) Hallmark Gospel
8) Serenade
9) Eastwood 300

Thanks. I'd have to see a photo of it under bright daylight to tell.

I found some printed Ebay auctions from the early 2000s with these Mosrite 350 numbers supplied by the sellers:
? 9000 V- four knob stereo, light color body wood
KO010- Model 300 One humbucking pu at neck pos, no bridge pu
KO016- Slanted Neck pos humbucker, single coil bridge pu, 2 knobs, 3 switches, mono
AO003- Moseley vibrato, stereo, light colored wood, seller thinks it is Korina.
AO202- Sunburst finish, stereo
I have very small, very badly printed photos of these, if there is a demand I could post...

Thanks for the info, it's rare to see the 300 models show up at all. Please do share these scans; even if they're low quality, it's still good. Also, do you suppose perhaps "9000 V" is actually A0006, but the seller read it upside down? Semie was using a "V" stamp for these 350s, but he used it upside down.

Well, to whom it concerns, I have #A0030. It is a 1974 or 1975 Model 350 Stereo that my late brother gave me in 1978 as my first guitar. I have owned it all these years. I have no idea where he got it from. It was my understanding that this model was only made till 1974. However, one way I was told it could be dated was by the year stamped on the volume/tone pots. I have the original pots and some wiring. The date I see, on one of the pots I believe, is 1975. So not sure what the deal is there.
Anyway, it started life as a beautiful natural finish. I say started because for the last two or three decades, the mahogany body has no finish at all. My brother in his infinite wisdom, put all kinds of stupid stickers and other nonsense all over the thing and in my infinite wisdom, I pretty much destroyed the original finish trying to remove all the cr*p he put on the thing. I still have the original pickups, bridge, tuners, pick guard and electronics. I realize that refinishing a vintage guitar takes away from the value, but I'm honestly not concerned about that as I have no intention of ever selling it. I will keep it and hand it down to my grandson if he ever learns to be responsible enough to own something like that. Anyway, I would just like to restore the guitar to its original look as I think they were beautiful instruments.

Thanks for replying. A0030 is more likely 1972 or 1973 since its number's on the early side, but it's still possible that it might have been waylaid a bit. It's also possible that one of the pots broke early on, so that one pot (if it says 1975) could have been replaced.

Refinishing does normally take away from value, but in this case, it doesn't sound terrible to refinish it. Besides, you could do worse. I have one 350 on the list that had "weight reduction" done from the back with a wood router years later, and then there's a cavity cover on it.

Again, I'm not really sure what finish they were using. You may have to ask Bob Shade at Hallmark Guitars about this:
