Hey there, yes the NU FUZZ is going to be an exact copy of the original. These will be hand wired by the man himself Ed Sanner. Ed has now teamed up with Hallmark for the electronic division. The NU FUZZ will also come in assorted colors just like the originals too. These are completely made in the USA with all components made here as well. Ed says when he left Mosrite, he wanted to upgrade the Fuzzrite and he developed the NU FUZZ. I have personally A/B'd the vintage Fuzzrite to the NU FUZZ and the NU FUZZ in my opinion was so much more rich and creamy and the buzz is to die for. So this was when I thought to myself, why is everyone cloning the Fuzzrite when the NU FUZZ sounds better? I suppose it was dure to the NU FUZZ being so rare, not many were able to ever hear one. So I contacted Ed and asked if he would be interested in teaming up and he was very receptive. So another chapter in Hallmark.

A close friend of mine Dan Moses who has been playing Ed Sanner pedals for years just purchased the 1 ton bee, and he sent it back to the factory. He claims it does not compare to the quality of the NU FUZZ in tone and performance. I sent Dan a prototype NU FUZZ prior to get his opinion. Dan says the NU FUZZ is the best sounding fuzz he has ever used. The main deal between the Fuzzrite (which is a Sanner design too) and the NU FUZZ is that the NU FUZZ is a twinge hotter and also features a tone control on the fuzz to really dial in the creamy depth, where a Fuzzrite does not have this feature.

Re-issue colors are: Red,Green,Gold, and Orange.

I have tried alot of re-issue fuzz pedals myself and most of them sound like overdrives to me. These sound like you still have bell bottoms on.

Anyway, more on the NU-FUZZ very soon!

Hi Bob,
Just in time! I am looking at Fuzz pedals (Mosrite inspired) and hadn't made up my mind yet. Do you have a ballpark figure on the price yet?

Yes, the price is $250.00 for any color! Each will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Ed Sanner. This first run will be in colors.

Thanks!!

Anything is possible, we are concentrating on the standard NEW FUZZ for this year. We will work on the another pedal Ed designed while at Rosac too, the Distortion Blender. That pedal is exceedingly rare.

Wow, what a good news for me! As you know, NU-FUZZ has Sierra Electronics' hybrid device. Are you going to rebuild them?
