Who is the manufactor of this Mark II

if found on my Hard Disc Drive this Photos in my Mosrite Folder. I think i have this from an old eBay Auction. Does someone now more about this Guitar?

It looks to me for a real good 1:1 replica (okay without the vibramute)

I have no direct information on this guitar but if pressed to take a guess, I'd have to say Unified Sound Association in Arkansas. As far as I know they were the last to produce Mosrites built in the US in the 90's until Dana Moseley started building them in Bakersfield again more recently. Someone could have built it as a replica but would have had to go to great detail to make the stamp for the neck cavity, the tag, stencils on the head & case. It looks so real!
