Mosrite Fuzzrite

Postby dubtrub » Tue May 27, 2008 6:28 pm

Want a Mosrite Fuzzrite but don't want to spend $200-$300 for something that you would never use or only use occasionally? Check this web site out to build your own. I built one a few months ago using their schematics and it was fun for about ten minutes, then it went into the stack of other 'stuff' I don't use.

Has anyone seen/ heard the new Mosrite (Fillmore) mini fuzz box?
I believe it can be mounted under the pickguard, but costs about $700 !?!
I saw it on the Fillmore website a month ago but cant locate it now, it was under a page call Upgrades, .... i think.

I'll post this photo and link here to keep as a visual reverence for a Mosrite Fuzzrite. It has several different views that give a really good overview both internally and externally.

Good observation Dennis. Yep it's the Japanese version, but the links photo's are the real deal. ;)

I didn't think anyone would notice.

On any photo's, just right click on your mouse, then at the bottom, click on properties it will tell the URL address of the photo's and where they are located. Also, if you highlight that URL address, you can return here and click on the 'Img' box above and post the photo.

LOL!! 3 dead giv-a-ways:
1) Mosrite never used the Jewel Knobs on the FUZZrite.
2) There's no "of California" under the Mosrite name.
3) The original ONLY said BATT. It never had the
9V or DC IN on the face plate.
