Song is awful. "Unskinny Bop". Skip over the song & go to about 3:42 during C.C.'s solo. He has a sweet Mosrite Ventures model. It's quick tho, so keep your eyes peeled.

It's a 12-string. Were 12-strings made with The Ventures Model on the headstock? Did any Ventures use a 12-string? Never seen 'em holding a 12-string in photos.

Re: Mosrite siting in a Poison video
I know thousands of girls from the 80's will disagree with me, but I always thought Poison was lame(except for "talk dirty to me"). CC DeVille is a really entertaining player though and if I'm not mistaken, there's another video where he's playing a Maphis double neck. Could have sworn I saw it once, search away.

I can't stand 'em. Couldn't stand 'em in the 80's, can't stand 'em now. Bubble-gum pop music in my opinion.
Suh-weet guitar, tho!

What is there to dislike about bubble-gum pop???? Poison was mostly bad hair metal(sort of), I just think Brett Micheals is not a very good songwriter. But he does live the dream, so I wouldn't change a thing if I were him. Unfortunately, bubble-gum pop was given a bad name by bands and singers that get their teeth and balding hair bleached

I saw a white 12 string Ventures Model at the shop my uncle bought mine. This was around 1998, I was in town while my mother was ill. It had the same decal on an unpainted neck and head stock. This shop was like walking into a time machine, he was a big seller back in the day of Mosrites, and still had several in the store. Haven't been back since my mother passed.
