Yours seems to me it's a 1976 model. Originally issued in black and with humbuckers.
By 1976, there were 4 colors, sunburst (1, 2) (U1815/1815B), white (1) (U1816/1816B), black ( 1, 2, 3, 4) (U1817/1817B) and natural w/ maple fret board Phase 3 - (1, 2, 3) and Phase 4 - (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) (U1818/1818B).
