My tattoo, I think I read somewhere, was the idea of Arturo Vega. He suggested to use the eagle on the dollar, but use a bat instead of arrows in the eagle foot for Beat on the brat

I recall reading that the arrows were replaced by a baseball bat for the obvious reasons(stated above) and the olive branch on the original seal was replaced by an apple branch. Cool tattoo!

Yes, think before you ink. I kinda wish I didn't have any tattoos at this point in my life, plus I don't even like anything that I got when I was 20/21-ish. I started laser removal on one a while ago, not only is it expensive but it hurts A LOT more than getting tattooed! I'm still wondering how well it even works. It was supposed to be gone in 5 or 6 treatments and it's still very visible, only now it looks like a blurry piece of garbage.

eltuce, have you ever heard of this web site?

Yep! I tried it and returned it. It MIGHT work on something small that's already faded but it was a ton of work with no results. I also tried the TCA peel which I think would work better than Wrecking Balm on something small and faded if you have a lot of patience. That's a fair amount of work as well and stings pretty bad. It's recommended that you do that before laser treatments but I guess I got super inked! Perhaps I will post some before and after on the laser thing to give you an idea. I think mine's faded enough to do a cover up at this point but do I really wanna go with another tat that I might regret that will probably be even more difficult to remove?

I'm sorry to hear that. an old friend of mine once got a tattoo that was meant to be anti-racism (it was a swastika with an circle and a line through it) But most people just saw swastika and figured he was kinda like a skinhead. so he then got it covered up with another tat. the new tat for the most part just look like a giant blot of black dye, didn't even look like anything. I felt bad for him. ya live and learn I guess.
