"Cloned" is a massive stretch. Both look like someone whipped a cover off the original for 10 seconds and the onlooker had to go away and build what they saw from memory.

Certainly they're not 100% but the 350 Mono copy doesn't seem bad from photos. Eastwood probably didn't copy the neck or pickups exactly but the body seems good at least and Mosrite did make some originals with Basswood bodies and Maple necks although yes, most of the originals I've seen are Mahogany for the body and neck.
