Tremendous work Terry!

I think I recognise those pickups.

Keep up the good work!

Is the body a bit smaller than your normal doublenecks? Fantastic as usual Terry.

Thanks for asking and your comment. The last 4 guitars have used the same template with this one having the upper bout ever so slightly cut back in a bit. Over the years the body has gotten a bit smaller overall. The first few are tracings from the Ernie Odom guitar made in 1959 (which was a tracing of Larry Collins guitar) which is the one Deke has now and has a 17" body. My own "Maphis" was built kinda by memory and has an 18" body. A few were made at 16 1/2". I've pretty well settled on the shape you see here which is a 16" body. I have the original Bob Regan doubleneck that Semie made about 1957 which has a 16 1/2 breadth. I never measured Joe Maphis's but would imagine it would be in the 16 1/2 range.
