I'm having this "fight" with my dad about Mosrites. Since the 64 on ebay went up to like $700, we bailed on her. I saw the 2 Johnny Ramone ones in Atlanta and wanted one, cuz let face it, its a Mos', its Johnny, what else could I ask for! MY dad on the other hand, thinks it's pretty fake. So my question is, just how real are these guitars?

Although I don't know about fakes don't let Ed Roman talk you into the whole "Fake" Argument he has going. He'd call an Eastwood Hi Flyer a "Fake" Even though its a copy of the Univox Hi Flyer so its a copy of a copy... There are fakes out there but its not near as overblown as Ed says.

Being the Johnny Ramone devotee that I am, I'd be curious about the missing 'VenturesII Model' logo on the headstocks of the Atlanta pair.
