MIJ Mosrite - companies? models?

I know that there have been different Japanese companies making Mosrites over the years. It would be great to have a listing, maybe even a timeline, of which companies produced which models and when.
So, I know there were the Mosrite Avengers in the '60s and '70s. These were made by Black Cloud, right?
Then there are the models from the 2000s, the Fillmores and the Kurokumos. Adam mentioned that only Kurokumo stamped the neck plate and tuners with "Mosrite" and they were the only ones to use the "Excellent" tailpiece. Both Fillmore and Kurokumo put the "Mosrite of California" and "The Ventures model" logos on their guitars for a period of time.
So, which companies made which models? Who, if anyone, was making Mosrites in the '80s and '90s? Did both Fillmore and Kurokumo make sidejacks, topjacks, vibramutes and Moseleys? Did anyone make Combos or Celebrities or Mark V or Joe Maphis models? Who made basses?
I know that some of this has been mentioned in other threads, but it seems like it would be good for future research purposes to have this information in one place.
