I saw this Auction on Yahoo Japan, and couldn't figure out how to bid, even when translated by google. :( The translation was unintelligble!! Anyway it ended today and what appears to be a Firstman Pearl Mosrite clone sold for about $600 bucks. A darn good copy. At least I think it is a clone.

heres the link.

Don't feel so bad. Even if you could, you couldn't bid.

The black neck is unusual for a white Mosrite--every other one I've seen or heard of had the natural maple finish on the neck. Has anyone ever seen a white set-neck Mosrite? What color was the neck? The only white Mosrites I've ever seen were bolt-ons. Clones are different--Hallmark 60 Customs, having set-necks, have the neck matching the body color, and so do Wilson Bros.
