Saw this guitar online recently. I have only seen two examples and they were for sale by private sellers. They claim to be made by Kurokomo and modeled after the Yamaha SG-3. Anybody know anything more about these guitars?

Re: Need help identifying this bizarre Mosrite model (Yamaha SG-3)
Cool looking guitar. There are a number of different models that have been marketed in Japan as Mosrites - I've seen photos of strat copies, ES335 copies, Les Paul copies. The only thing "Mosrite" about them is the logo. Not that it makes a guitar good or bad, just not what to look for if you want the classic Mosrite sound or feel.
Oy vey - it's MESHUGGA BEACH PARTY - The world's premier Jewish Surf Music Band!
What? Couldn't tell the logo is a link? So click here, what's the hold up? http://www.meshuggabeachparty.com

I wonder how this axe relate to the similarly-named Yamaha SGV-300, with which it shares the odd configuration of double coils in the bridge position. It looks cool anyhow. I play an SGV-800 in aqua sparkle and DIG IT.
