Contributing to this List:

If you happen to own a Mosrite Celebrity or Celebrity I (not the II or III) of any type (6 string guitar, 12 string guitar, or bass) and would like to contribute information, I'll need info (and I'd also like pictures, if possible) of these areas:
1 - Pic of the front of the guitar.
2 - Pic of the back of the guitar (to show how the neck is attached - Mosrite usually had a neck plate for these, but sometimes had 3 or 4 screws with ferrules.)
3 - Pic of the sticker seen through the F-hole (if still present.)
4 - Pic of the Serial Number, stamped into the end of the fretboard near the Neck Pickup (if still present.)
5 - Pic of the headstock, front and top side.
6 - Pic of the headstock, rear.
7 - (Only applies to 6 String Guitars, unless there's somehow a 12 string with this tailpiece) - A pic of the Moseley Tailpiece, where it says "Moseley." Some of the tailpieces have a Patent Number, and I'd like to tell when that starts.
These last 3 are not absolutely necessary, but would also help:
8 - Pic of the Dates on the Potentiometers (if the pots are original.) They come in either Week-Year Format (so 45-66 would be in November 1966) or it's the reverse.
9 - Pic of the Neck Heel where it meets the body (if there's a date stamped, which probably doesn't exist past October 1966.)
10 - Pic of the Neck Pocket (if there's a date, again, which may not exist past October 1966.)

Model Specifications:

Basic differences between "Pre-Number Celebrity" and "Celebrity I" models:
The Mosrite Celebrity model (that is, the pre-number system version) is a Hollow Body Instrument with an F Hole, a Moseley Vibrato Tailpiece, and Pickups that do have pole pieces. The 6 string guitar version's body is usually 2 7/8" inches deep, although some later versions are 1 7/8" deep. The neck on these pre-numbered versions is a 2 bolt with a tenon joint (not counting Basses, if those exist, as none are currently listed.) There's no access plate for the output jack, or the volume or tone controls; they are attached directly to the body.
The Mosrite Celebrity I model (introduced likely at the same time as the II and III models) also has a 2 7/8" deep body, but the neck is attached with more screws and it's not attached by a tenon neck joint. The output jack and knobs are on a plastic plate that can be unscrewed for easy access.
Specifications expected for both types:
24.50" Scale Length (Guitar - 6 String & 12 String.)
30.25" Scale Length (Bass.)
Mosrite Single Coil Pickups (possibly with AWG 44 or 43 in the Guitar Pickups, and AWG 42 in the Bass Pickups.)

A0504 - Strange guitar. The body is 1 7/8" thick in stead of the standard deeper depth, the pots read "1346647" then "BA811-3901," dating to November 1966. "Helen" is written inside the guitar, and also "1 of 2." This guitar is in terrible condition - the top and back have wood splits and wood separation, the guitar had its paint badly "repaired," and the original finish was covered with another paint that reacted badly to the paint underneath it. Whoever painted it with clear coat even painted the fretboard and strings, they were horribly sloppy with it.

Later Pre-Celebrity I ("Celebrity" models) with 2 Bolt Tenon Neck Joint and a Thinner Body Depth [1 7/8":]
A0504 - The pickguard's smaller than A0260. Pots read "1346647" then "BA811-3901," dating to November 1966. "Helen" is written inside the guitar, and it also reads inside "1 of 2." This guitar is in terrible condition, and so the owner's parting it out - the top and back have wood splits and wood separation, the guitar had its paint badly "repaired," and the original finish was covered with another paint that reacted badly to the paint underneath it. Whoever painted it with clear coat even painted the fretboard and strings, they were horribly sloppy with it. They even put caulking on the guitar to attempt bonding the back and front back together.
A0515 - Red Burst, Headstock Black on Front with Red Burst on Rear. Parted out by GibsonDependable in Mid 2025, the new owner's at a Mosrite Group on Facebook and he put a Shade Tailpiece + Roller Bridge + Pickups on it.
Celebrity I [Body of 2 7/8" Deep again] with 3 or 4 Bolt Neck:
A0800 - Natural. Showed up on Facebook, and it has a 4 bolt neck without a neck plate but with ferrules. String Guide not original.
