Mosrite Combo model Serial Numbers List (1966 - 1974.)

Postby 101Volts » Fri Jun 30, 2023 7:10 pm

===================
Thread Introduction:
===================

Welcome to the serial numbers list for Mosrite Combo Models. The Combo appears to have started production in Late 1966, no earlier than November (this excludes possible prototypes.) The lowest serial number Combo on the list, H0003, has Potentiometers from November 1966. The number of 1970s models isn't as clear, and it's not certain when exactly the last one was made in the 70s (not counting parts-rites,) but it's not expected to be later than 1974.

Either check this initial post, or go to the most recent post (or close to it) for the most recent update of the list. I've changed the format compared to other lists, so this initial post will be updated, too. The 1st reply of mine (just after this post) will tally up each update.

If you want to link the thread, link the main thread and not one of my replies; I'm likely to delete some of my replies.

If you happen to own a Mosrite Combo of any type and would like to contribute information, I'll need info (and I'd also like pictures, if possible) of these areas:

1 - Pic of the front of the guitar.
2 - Pic of the back of the guitar (to show how the neck is attached - Mosrite usually had a neck plate for these, but sometimes had 3 or 4 screws with ferrules.)
3 - Pic of the sticker seen through the F-hole (if still present.)
4 - Pic of the serial number, stamped into the end of the fretboard near the Neck Pickup (if still present.)
5 - Pic of the headstock, front and top side.
6 - Pic of the headstock, rear.
7 - (Only applies to 6 String Guitars, unless there's somehow a 12 string with this tailpiece) - A pic of the Moseley Tailpiece, where it says "Moseley." Some of the tailpieces have a Patent Number which will be referred to as "PAF # Tailpiece," and I'd like to tell when that starts (though maybe all of them have it.)

These last 3 are not absolutely necessary, but would also help:

8 - Pic of the Dates on the Potentiometers (if the pots are original.) They come in either Week-Year Format (so 45-66 would be in November 1966) or it's the reverse. The pot codes are on the sides of the Potentiometers.
9 - Pic of the Neck Heel where it meets the body (if there's a date stamped, but that probably doesn't exist for any Combo models as they seem to have stopped date stamps the month before Combo models may have started production. If you don't want to take the neck off, you don't have to.)
10 - Pic of the Neck Pocket (if there's a date, again, which may not exist past October 1966.)

===================
Model Specifications:
===================

The Mosrite Combo model is a Semi-Hollow Body Instrument with an F Hole. It has the same shape as the Joe Maphis model, but the Maphis uses different body wood, and the Maphis also does not have an F Hole.

24.50" Scale Length (Guitar - 6 String & 12 String) - with 22 Frets
30.25" Scale Length (Bass) - with 20 Frets
Mosrite Single Coil Pickups (possibly with AWG 44 in the Guitar Pickups, and AWG 42 in the Bass Pickups.)

The 1967 - 1968 Mosrite Brochure also says that the 12 string could be ordered with the Moseley Vibrato Tailpiece as an option, but so far, I haven't seen any with one.

Body Wood:
Basswood. May also have a Maple Top (I don't have a complete spec sheet to refer to.)

Neck Wood:
Maple with Indian Rosewood Fretboard.

Tuners:
Typical tuners are Kluson Deluxe type, but late Combo models from approx. 1968 (somewhere after H1000) may have the Japanese "Diamond" Tuners.

Unconfirmed specifications (but likely to be right:)

1960s Neck Width and Depth:

Width: 1.550" - 1.560" at the Zero Fret
Depth: Roughly 0.860" from frets 2 through 12

1960s Frets:

If they're original and the guitar is a 1960s model, 0.070" wide, with fret height of 0.022" tall on the Low E side, tapering down to 0.015" on the High E side. This is Mosrite's 1960s "Speed Fret" size, and it has a flat crown. They allow strings to feel like a lighter gauge.

1970s Neck Width and Depth:
Uncertain.

1970s Frets: Spec:
Uncertain, but expected to be taller.

Recent Updates:
===============

October 6, 2025:

Moved location of "1970s" under the tally below the 12 String Section instead of above it; the previous version could give a false impression of 12 string models existing in the 70s, which they may, but I haven't seen any yet if they do.

October 7, 2025:

Partsrite added:

2J238 (Has a Combo body and a 6 String Neck from a Doubleneck) - Blue Body Finish, Neck Back is Blue-Green Burst, Back of Headstock is blue, Front of Headstock is Blue-Green Burst --- https://reverb.com/item/70338634-1966-m ... aphis-neck

========================
Co Mark I [6 String Guitar:]
========================

Confirmed Numbers:

Early Construction - Un-Bound F Hole, Vibrato with Baseplate Construction:

H0003 - Red (Faded) with Natural Headstock. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body, and seems to have the serial number written in pen, seen through the F Hole. Has PAF # Tailpiece. One of the Potentiometer (Pot) codes reads "1346647" (the 4th week of November 1966,) therefore, the Combo model should at earliest be a Late 1966 instrument and there should not be any date stamps on the neck heel or in the neck pocket (neck heel and neck pocket dates stopped in October 1966, predating the Combo model.) This example was posted at the forum (thanks!)
H0005 (most likely) - Sunburst with ??? neck, Black Headstock. Advertised as H0003, but it's not the same guitar that is described just above. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body. Listed from 440 Instruments LLC. https://reverb.com/item/91867962-mosrit ... o-sunburst
H0007 - Red with Natural Headstock. Mentioned here at Kiyoshi Mochizuki's page: https://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyos ... rlist.html
H0014 - Red with Natural Headstock. Showed up on Reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/Mosrite/commen ... ite_combo/
H0066 - Red with Natural Headstock. Showed up at FB Group "Mosrite Guitar Owners." Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body.
H0076 - Sunburst with Black Headstock. Has Mosrite Logo stamped inside the body. Has PAF # Tailpiece. All original. Pot Codes read "1346647" (the 4th week of November 1966.)
H0084 - Red. Can't see headstock in photos. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body.
H0096 - Belongs to forum member Dennis. No photos saved.
H0100 - Red with Natural Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body. The serial number on the inside reads "H0010," however. This guitar is also missing a screw (it was never drilled for) on the pickguard near the neck pickup. Tuners replaced, and screws for truss rod cover may also be replaced. --- https://reverb.com/item/86377695-red-mo ... _sold=true
H0113 - Red with Natural Headstock - Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body. Has a PAF # Tailpiece. --- https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10 ... 5646215229
H0136 - Red with Natural Headstock. First confirmed example with a Mosrite Serial Number Sticker on a Combo seen through the soundhole instead of a stamp. Showed up on Facebook with its original case.
H0145 - Red, Worn and Refretted. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body. Showed up in France from a Reverb ad around September 25, 2025. --- https://reverb.com/item/92371350-mosrite-combo-1967-red
H0154 - Blue with Natural Headstock - No stamp or sticker seen through the F Hole, so maybe it had a sticker and that's now lost. It does say "Helen" through the F hole, though. Shared with me on Facebook.
H0159 - Red Burst with Red Burst Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body, and either paint on the inside of the body, or something else looks dirty in photos. Mosrite Logo on Headstock is far off-center. --- https://reverb.com/item/67219956-mosrit ... 6-sunburst
H0167 - Sunburst with Sunburst Neck & Black Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has the Mosrite Logo stamped on the inside of the body.
H0174 - Sunburst with ??? Neck & Black Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate.
H0184 - Sunburst with Sunburst Neck & Black Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has a Mosrite Sticker seen through the soundhole.
H0212 - Red with Natural Headstock. Seen in comments here: --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/3294258 ... 646215229/
H0224 - Red with Natural Headstock. Missing Bridge, Bridge Posts, and Bridge Pickup. Found on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guitar/comment ... _identify/
H0231 - Red with Natural Headstock - Has a Mosrite Sticker seen through the soundhole. Had its pickups replaced with some Import Humbuckers, and knobs on pickguard do not look like they're in the right place. Guitar is or was owned by forum member Brutus.
H0237 - Sunburst with ??? Neck & Black Headstock - Has a Mosrite Sticker seen through the soundhole. Belongs to Peter Diedrichs. Found at these Facebook posts: --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosrite ... 499958378/ --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosrite ... 816098613/ -----
H0255 S P - Sunburst with Natural Neck & Natural Headstock (finish anomaly for Sunburst models) - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. 2 Piece Neck. Has a Mosrite Sticker seen through the soundhole. No date on neck heel. Extra "S P" letters are below the number, closer to the neck pickup. Those may have been the original owner's initials. Refretted.
H0266 - Sunburst with ??? Neck & Black Headstock - Original Owner was a metal worker who crafted a baseplate for the bridge, and moved the Vibrato farther away from the neck.

Middle Construction - Bound F Hole, and Vibrato with Baseplate (and guitars I saw at some time, but saved no photos of:)

H0303 - Sunburst with ??? neck and Black Headstock. Has original frets as of this update just after it showed up on Reverb around September 24, 2025. --- https://reverb.com/item/92346213-mosrite-combo
H0308 - Red. No pics. Mentioned here at Kiyoshi Mochizuki's page: https://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyos ... rlist.html
H0349 - Originally Red Burst or Sunburst. Seems to have been refinished, but I only have word of it in this comment section (the picture at this link is not of it:) --- https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=16 ... 9325264874
H0358 - Possibly Sunburst, ??? neck and ??? headstock - I'm not sure where I read this, I saved no pics or links.
H0382 - Red Burst. 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has PAF # Tailpiece. Has black & white checkered pickguard. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1048518 ... 125179709/
H0388 - Seen at "Bernunzio's Uptown Music," but I have no photos.

H0579 - Red. No further details.
H0923 - Red / Burgundy Burst. With Bound F hole, and Vibrato with Baseplate. https://reverb.com/item/70927473-66-mos ... w-hardcase

The last two are outliers that are higher in number than the expected range (either D275 or D300 through D400) for the middle construction.

Later Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato Construction:

H0801 - Unknown Finish. Also, unknown tailpiece style. Probably the baseplateless tailpiece, but I don't really know.

H1147 - Red. Mentioned here at Kiyoshi Mochizuki's page: --- https://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyos ... rlist.html
H1172 - Blue - 4 Bolt (With Ferrules) Neck. Kluson Tuners. Paint's worn through on the body, above the F hole and below the bridge pickup. Also has cigarette burns on the back of the headstock, at the headstock's "M." Pics and page saved.
H1235 - Black. Refretted. Pot Codes are "EP4385 250k 2228" (E. F. Johnson Pots dating to 1968.) The last 4 digits are supposed to indicate the company, and the "8" is supposed to mean that it's from 1968. Forum member beatcomber posted about it at The Gear Page: https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index ... t-37747799 --- It was also listed on Reverb: https://reverb.com/item/72213730-1960-s ... shell-case

Sold on Septemmber 29 or 30 2025 at the price of about $5,200, but this one is in a rare finish, it looks to be in nearly unplayed condition with its original case, and it sold in France which might explain the high price due to Mosrite's rarity in France. --- https://reverb.com/item/92371285-mosrit ... 1966-green
H1268 - Sunburst. 4 Bolt 2 Piece Neck. "Diamond" Tuners. --- https://reverb.com/uk/item/45300220-use ... iaEQcDBdVo

Strange Serial Numbers and Blank # Guitars:

SP H0338 or H0338 SP - Red Burst with Red Burst Neck and Black Headstock. Late construction type with Baseplateless Tailpiece and F Hole Binding. PAF # Tailpiece. The Sticker seen in the body reads "SP H0338., and the neck serial number reads "H0338" and then "SP" is closer to the neck pickup. The pickups were replaced with Rio Grande Mosrite replicas, and the pots aren't original (sadly - there's no word on if they're included in the sale) and the original pickguard was altered but included with the purchase. The knobs included are also the Spun Knob type, which is unclear if they're original or not. The sales ad is copy-pasted and it says the radius is 7.25" and the scale length 22.75", so I'm not sure if the ad is correct or if they didn't proof-red it right. --- https://reverb.com/item/92438858-mosrit ... -red-burst

Blank - 7 layer paintjob. Quote from the owner in 1997: "Semie's experimantal painting that looks deep blue-green, but changes in the light. Combos were offered either red or sunburst. I found this blue one in Hawaii. When I took it to Semie, he held it all day long. He told me it was an experimental paint job, that was not supposed to leave the factory. It has at least five different layers of paint on it, including black, red and gold, and the blue-green." - D. Still - Mentioned here at at Kiyoshi Mochizuki's page: https://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyos ... rlist.html

Possible Partsrites:

H1212 - Has a Hallmark Body that looks like a Celebrity II or III body. Red Finish, 5 Ply Body Binding. This neck either got the wrong number prefix, or (seemingly more likely) it's a case of a "Parts-Rite." The neck has "Diamond Tuners" (right era for them,) the body has a Trapeze Tailpiece, Flathead Neck Screws, the pickups aren't Mosrite Pickups, and the Neck Pickup Slot is angled when it shouldn't be if it was an official Celebrity II or III. There is also no potentiometer access plate.

2J238 - Has a Combo body and a 6 String Neck from a Doubleneck. Painted by Bill Gruggett who worked at Mosrite. Blue Body Finish, Neck Back is Blue-Green Burst, Back of Headstock is blue, Front of Headstock is Blue-Green Burst --- https://reverb.com/item/70338634-1966-m ... aphis-neck

Unknown & Unconfirmed Numbers:

Early Construction - Un-Bound F Hole, Vibrato with Baseplate Construction

H0066 - Red - Can't see "H" at start. Has Unbound F Hole, and Vibrato with Baseplate. Also has original hard case. Pics saved.
H0157 (or H0137 or H0177) - Sunburst with ??? Neck & Black Headstock. Has PAF # Tailpiece. Seen in this Facebook Post: https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosrite ... 736963176/

Unknown Construction:

H0567 - Sunburst - With Bound F Hole, Vibrato type unknown (guitar was listed for parts.) 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. This number guess is the best I could discern from saved pics. Missing original tuners, electronics, and pickguard.

Later Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato Construction:

H0573 or H0575 - Red. With Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato. 4 Bolt Neck with Plate.
Hxxxx - Transparent Green - With Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato. 4 bolt (with ferrules) neck. "Diamond" Tuners.
Hxxxx - Red - with Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato. It seems like the German Carve is carved strangely.
Hxxxx - Red - with Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato. Posted by JustStrings.com on Facebook in 2012. --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/5297862 ... 293372139/
Hxxxx - Red Burst - with Bound F Hole, and Baseplateless Vibrato. Has a Neck Plate. Also has 3 knobs and 2 pickguards and a tortoiseshell truss rod cover, so it seems like Gene Moles assembled this one?

August 16, 2025:
Many guitars copied from the list here:

https://www.ne.jp/asahi/mochizuki/kiyos ... rlist.html

Bass:

0145 - Red. This might be R0145.

6 String Guitars:

H0007 - Red
H0553 - Red
H0555 - Sunburst
H0642 - Red
H0723 - Sunburst
H1147 - Red
Blank - 7 Layers of Colors, appears blue

12 String Guitar:

G0022 - Red.

September 1, 2025:
H0136 (Red) added.

September 2, 2025:
H0005 (likely) added. It's advertised as H0003, but I already have that number in the list and it's a faded Red guitar, but 5 here is Sunburst.

I also noticed with this addition that this guitar, H0003, and H0076 have the Mosrite Logo stamped or painted on the inside of the guitar seen through the soundhole. By H0136, there's a sticker instead.

September 15, 2025:
H0461 - Sunburst - Added.

September 29, 2025:

Added these three:

H0145 - Red, Worn. Showed up in France from a Reverb ad around September 25, 2025. --- https://reverb.com/item/92371350-mosrite-combo-1967-red

H0303 - Sunburst. Showed up on in Iowa from a Reverb ad around September 24, 2025. --- https://reverb.com/item/92346213-mosrite-combo

H1259 - Green - Showed up in France from a Reverb ad around September 25, 2025. --- https://reverb.com/item/92371285-mosrit ... 1966-green

Also, updated early construction models with more details of finish and which models I could tell had either a Mosrite Stamp through the soundhole, or a sticker.

September 30, 2025:

Added:

6 String H0154 - Blue (strangely.) Shared with me on Facebook.
12 String G0005 - Sunburst with Sunburst Neck & Black Headstock - Pot Codes read "1346651" (CentraLab, 3rd Week of December 1966.) Says "Helen" in the neck pocket. Found in a thread at the forum here from 2011. viewtopic.php?p=46880#p46880

Also re-organized the list a bit and added further details to model names according to the catalog scan.

October 4, 2025:

SP H0338 or H0338 SP - Red Burst with Red Burst Neck and Black Headstock. Late construction type with Baseplateless Tailpiece and F Hole Binding. -red-burst

Also changed term of "Has Patent Number Tailpiece" or "Has Patent Number on Vibrato," etc, to "Has PAF # Tailpiece"

October 6, 2025:

Moved location of "1970s" under the tally below the 12 String Section instead of above it; the previous version could give a false impression of 12 string models existing in the 70s, which they may, but I haven't seen any yet if they do.

October 7, 2025:

Partsrite added:

2J238 (Has a Combo body and a 6 String Neck from a Doubleneck) - Blue Body Finish, Neck Back is Blue-Green Burst, Back of Headstock is blue, Front of Headstock is Blue-Green Burst --- https://reverb.com/item/70338634-1966-m ... aphis-neck

October 14, 2025:

Updated details of R0029.

Also added R0307 - Red - Bound F Holt, 4 Bolt Neck with Ferrules. Tortoiseshell Pickguard (unclear if this pickguard's original.) --- https://www.gbase.com/gear/mosrite-comb ... 967-cherry

Re: Mosrite Combo model Serial Numbers List (1960s - 1970s.)

Postby 101Volts » Mon Dec 30, 2024 11:33 am

===================
Thread Introduction:
===================

Welcome to the serial numbers list for Mosrite Combo Models.

======================
Contributing to this List:
======================

7 - (Only applies to 6 String Guitars, unless there's somehow a 12 string with this tailpiece) - A pic of the Moseley Tailpiece, where it says "Moseley." Some of the tailpieces have a Patent Number, and I'd like to tell when that starts.

These last 3 are not absolutely necessary, but would also help:

8 - Pic of the Dates on the Potentiometers (if the pots are original.) They come in either Week-Year Format (so 45-66 would be in November 1966) or it's the reverse.
9 - Pic of the Neck Heel where it meets the body (if there's a date stamped, which probably doesn't exist past October 1966.)
10 - Pic of the Neck Pocket (if there's a date, again, which may not exist past October 1966.)

===================
Model Specifications:
===================

The Mosrite Combo model is a Semi-Hollow Body Instrument with an F Hole. It has the same shape as the Joe Maphis model, but the Maphis uses different body wood, and the Maphis also does not have an F Hole.

24.50" Scale Length (Guitar - 6 String & 12 String)
30.25" Scale Length (Bass)
Mosrite Single Coil Pickups (possibly with AWG 44 in the Guitar Pickups, and AWG 42 in the Bass Pickups.)

Body Wood:

Basswood.

Neck Wood:

Maple with Indian Rosewood Fretboard.

Middle Construction - Bound F Hole, and Vibrato with Baseplate (and guitars I saw at some time, but saved no photos of:)

Re: Mosrite Combo model Serial Numbers List (1960s - 1970s.)

Postby 101Volts » Tue Aug 12, 2025 4:32 pm

Bump reply.

===================
Thread Introduction:
===================

Welcome to the serial numbers list for Mosrite Combo Models. The Combo appears to have started production in Late 1966, no earlier than November (this excludes possible prototypes.) The lowest serial number Combo on the list, H0003, has Potentiometers from November 1966.

======================
Contributing to this List:
======================

===================
Model Specifications:
===================

Body Wood:
Basswood. May also have a Maple Top (I don't have a Mosrite Catalog to refer to.)

Neck Wood:
Maple with Indian Rosewood Fretboard.

Tuners:
Typical tuners are Kluson Deluxe type, but late Combo models from approx. 1968 (somewhere after H1000) may have the Japanese "Diamond" Tuners.

======================
Mark I (6 String Guitar: )
======================

Confirmed Numbers:

Early Construction - Un-Bound F Hole, Vibrato with Baseplate Construction:

H0003 - Red (Faded) with Natural Headstock. Has Patent Number on Moseley Tailpiece. A Potentiometer (Pot) code reads "1346647," so the pots are from the 4th week of November 1966; therefore, the Combo model should at earliest be a Late 1966 instrument and there should not be any date stamps on the neck heel or in the neck pocket. This example was posted at the forum (thanks!)
H0014 - Red with Natural Headstock. Showed up on Reddit. Interestingly, this early version has the truss rod at the headstock, unlike other Mosrites in their early stage. https://www.reddit.com/r/Mosrite/commen ... ite_combo/
H0066 - Red with Natural Headstock. Showed up at FB Group "Mosrite Guitar Owners."
H0076 - Sunburst with Black Headstock. Has Patent Number on Moseley Tailpiece. All original. Pot Codes read "1346647," the 4th week of November 1966.
H0084 - Red. Can't see headstock in photos.
H0096 - Belongs to forum member Dennis. No photos saved.
H0100 - Red with Natural Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. The serial number sticker reads "H0010," however. This guitars is also missing a screw (it was never drilled for) on the pickguard near the neck pickup. Tuners replaced, and screws for truss rod cover may also be replaced. --- https://reverb.com/item/86377695-red-mo ... _sold=true
H0113 - Red with Natural Headstock - Has a Patent Number on the Vibrato. --- https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10 ... 5646215229
H0159 - Red Burst with Red Burst Headstock - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Mosrite Logo on Headstock is far off-center. --- https://reverb.com/item/67219956-mosrit ... 6-sunburst
H0167 - Sunburst - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate.
H0174 - Sunburst.
H0184 - Sunburst - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate.
H0212 - Red. Seen in comments here: --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/3294258 ... 646215229/
H0224 - Red. Missing Bridge, Bridge Posts, and Bridge Pickup. Found on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guitar/comment ... _identify/
H0231 - Red - Also has Humbuckers for some reason, and is or was owned by forum member Brutus.
H0237 - Sunburst - Belongs to Peter Diedrichs. Found at these Facebook posts: --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosrite ... 499958378/ --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosrite ... 816098613/ -----
H0255 S P - Sunburst - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. 2 Piece Neck. No date on neck heel. Extra "S P" letters are below the number, closer to the neck pickup. Those may have been the original owner's initials.
H0266 - Sunburst - Original Owner was a metal worker who crafted a baseplate for the bridge, and moved the Vibrato farther away from the neck.

Middle Construction - Bound F Hole, and Vibrato with Baseplate (and guitars I saw at some time, but saved no photos of:)

H0308 - Red.
H0349 - Originally Red Burst or Sunburst. Seems to have been refinished, but I only have word of it in this comment section (the picture at this link is not of it:) --- https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=16 ... 9325264874
H0358 - Sunburst? - I'm not sure where I read this, I saved no pics or links.
H0382 - Red Burst. 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Has Patent No. on Tailpiece.

H0408 - Red. Showed up on Facebook.
H0509 - Red, 4 Bolt Neck with Neck Plate. 2 Piece Neck.
H0649 - Red Burst - --- https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=16 ... 9325264874
H0654 - Burgundy (mostly solid, except by the horns, where it's darker) - 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. --- https://reverb.com/item/54735067-mosrit ... ombo-05-09
H0657 (H06557 misprint) - Red Back, Black (refinished) Front. 3 Bolt (Ferrules) Neck. https://reverb.com/item/72548781-mosrit ... _sold=true
H0667 - Sunburst - Vibrato has a Patent Number. Not sure of neck attachment - there's a non-original plate over it. --- https://reverb.com/item/70782355-mosrit ... iginal-hsc
H0677 - Burgundy - Vibrato has a Patent Number. Neck Attached by 3 Bolts in Ferrules. --- https://reverb.com/item/65793921-mosrit ... gsb019?bk=
H0697 - Sunburst - Vibrato has a Patent Number. 4 Bolt Neck with Plate. Owner replied in the comments here: --- https://www.facebook.com/groups/5297862 ... 702462139/
H0754 - Red Burst. 3 Bolt (Ferrules) Neck, but someone modified it to have a neck plate. Seller said pots / potentiometers dated to Late 1966. Tailpiece had Patent No. on it. Here's a Reverb Ad from before it was parted out by Gibsondependable: https://reverb.com/item/70265025-mosrit ... _sold=true
H0760 - Red Burst. 3 Bolt (Ferrules) Neck, 2 Piece Neck. Tailpiece shows Patent Number on it. Showed up on eBay in early 2024, sold with original case which was kept in the basement while the guitar was in a closet.
H0766 - Sunburst - 3 Bolt (with Ferrules) neck. --- https://reverb.com/item/58192914-mosrit ... r-1966?bk=
H0801 - Unknown Finish. Also, unknown tailpiece style. Probably the baseplateless tailpiece, but I don't really know.
H0802 - Red. 3 Bolt Neck. No dates in neck pocket. Pots / Potentiometer Codes' first numbers are 1346704, so these are early 1967 Centralab Pots. Has a black pickguard, probably not original but replaced. UPDATE, Jan 14 2025 - Showed up for sale again from Elderly Instruments. https://www.elderly.com/products/mosrit ... k_zb_OUbDA
H0828 - Natural (Refinished) - 3 Bolt, 2 Piece Neck. - https://reverb.com/item/77336706-mosrit ... -s-natural

H0910 - Blue - 3 Bolt Neck. Neck had more bolts added later.

H1235 - Black. Pots date to 1968 with E. F. Johnson Pots reading "EP4385 250k 2228." The last 4 digits are supposed to indicate the company, and the "8" is supposed to mean that it's from 1968.
