Has anyone ever seen a Ventures model with a pickguard like this?

That almost looks like a dealers window sticker that he put on there.

I've seen that very logo in a pic of a Mark I--white guitar with tortoise guard, could even have been that actual guitar, but it's not the same photo. That's the only Mosrite I've heard of with that pickguard logo, and I've never seen another pic of it until you posted that one. In one of the books in my collection, there's a full-body shot of that guitar (or one just like it)...I saw it just the other day, but I'll have to hunt for it.

Found it! And there's no way it could be the same instrument, because...it's a BASS! White, with the tortoise guard with that logo on it. In all other respects it appears to be a normal mid-'60's 2-pickup Ventures bass--natural-finish neck (normal on a white guitar), Ventures logo on the head, duck-foot tuners. There's no bridge cover, and no screw holes to indicate that one had ever been there. It's possible that it was made as a set with the guitar--as I said, I've never seen or heard of another one. The pic of the bass is on p.326 of the 2010 Vintage Guitar Price Guide. Memory can be a funny thing sometimes--I knew I'd seen that pickguard logo recently, but seeing the guitar pic, and being a guitar player, I immediately thought "guitar"...

Rare sighting of the "Logo Pic-Guard... right up there with the ever elusive "White Logo Headstock" I really can't tell what it says
