Here is the best photo taken the night I played it the last time before it was sold.

Beautiful guitar. I must say, Bob Shade has come real close to replicating that look on his Hallmark.

Any idea how much it sold for?

That information would have to be given by Andy as to what it sold for.

Great photo's. Thanks for sharing. BTW, Welcome to the forum and looking forward to more of your participation and contributions. When you get a chance review some of the older topics here on the forum as I'm sure you can add some firsthand knowledge to many of them.

Elaine,
DITTO on what Danny said, and you might want to mention
any 'errors that you catch' discussed in the old threads ;) ......

Welcome to the forum Elaine!

So, how would you say the Gene Moles Mosrite compared to later models? Is the neck profile similar? Frets?

To mwaldorf: The Moles' guitar is typical of the small profile slim super fast, small low
profile frets. If your not aware or have not played this type of neck, most players say
I can't play this thing. Or they get blown away with the radi of the fretboard. Even the early
Pglass radi boards like I first saw in the mid-50's like on the Stan Welsh single neck Hollow Body with a Tele style body were very fast unforgiving necks. The Carvin pickups were a sound I always liked. That's the coil spec, Semie used on my Big Double-neck.

Welcome Elaine! Seems like you've already spread some serious gold around the forum. I'm hoping for many more pics from your archives ;-).
