Welcome to the Forum, Simon. Enjoy all the interesting Mosrite info - this place is like an historical archive. Great people, great resource.

Welcome to the forum Simon. So, where about in the UK are you? What model Mosrites do you have? Do you play in a band?

Let me add my welcome to the Forum.
Are Mosrites as rare in England as they are in most other places outside the US?
I have a friend in London who sends me Mosrite magazine articles but as far as actual sightings of guitars is concerned, he doesn't get to report much.

Hi Mel,
I`m in Brighton on the South coast, where the Mods & rockers used to beat each other up.
I have a 65`P/White & 68 12 string C.A Red(non vibrato). My band is called The Space Agency & we play instrumentals, I`ve heard some of your stuff by the way & liked it.

Hi Bill,
Mosrites don`t show up in England very often & if they do they are crazy prices these days, even copies can be about £1500(that`s about 2150 U.S $`s, although I`ve seen those Ranger models advertised for about £800(double what they are in Japan when I`ve seen them there).
we have to pay a lot of tax on top of the price if we import stuff here but it`s still usually cheaper than buying guitars & equipment in U.K.
