I am new to this Forum. I started playing in 1965 on a Fender Jaguar while I was in the Navy in Japan. I first seen the Ventures in Japan 1966. I quit playing when I got out. Did my job and rise the kid thing. I started playing again at the end of last year. I am mow 70 years old and have been ask to play with a group here in Yuma Arizona. Not bad for an old man... I have had a Mosrite for along time, But never got to play it until I started playing again.... as luck would have it, I found Pictures of the band in Japan, Glad I still have them, My son, now 35, Never new I played in a band... O well...

It's so great to have an original Ventures fan join! I'm glad to hear you have reignited your passion to play. Please share your pictures of your Mosrite and the early band as well as the new band!

Welcome! Do you go to jams in Yuma? If so, where, and when?
I spend my winters in Yuma, and jam around a fair bit, so it might be cool if we link up someplace...
