Ed Sanner's Hallmark II

Postby Bob Shade » Tue Jun 11, 2013 6:59 am

Ed decided he wanted to have a Hallmark II guitar but with 67 pickups with black covers.

He said we ruined him now. He didn't think he would like the II quite as much as his SG or Epiphone, but his latest report is he never gets his old guitars out of the case anymore and he is ruined for life! Ed loves the play ability, tone and feel.

'67 pickups????

Tell me more!
How are they different from the stock pickups (besides the exposed pole pieces)

Very cool Bob! That would look great on my Johnny. That is exactly what I wanted but humbuckers. Would those be available anytime soon? I know last time I settled for white b/c you were out.
Tonight all 3 off our Hallmarks will be working hard in honor of Arturo Vega RIP.

Shawn, the 67's are the exact pickup that is on the Swept-Wing and Stradette.

Marky, yes we can take care of that humbucker for you. I will be making more soon. Rock it good tonight!

Bob

RIP.

To stay on topic I'm on the verge of getting a Hallmark II...my Custom 60 already ruined me.

I was in the same boat. I had over a dozen guitars....Fender, Gibson, Dipinto, GPC, Schecter, Dean you name it. Then I got a sweptwing off eBay and now all I have is 4-6 Hallmarks on and off, only because I want one of every model in every color! ;)
