I don't know your name but thank you , I appreciate it. The body is a 66 Mosrite 12 string body that I bought on ebay about 1-1/2 years ago and almost sold it along with a bunch of other mosrite parts and I'm glad I didn't.

I just had to do something about that darn pick guard it was driving me crazy at the hack job I did on it. It didn't look right around the neck pickup ring, outside edges were wavy and just looked like crap so I built a new one. This one has cleaner edges and shielding and just looks better.

Thank you Danny. While I was making this one I was also making one for the other build and the side jack plate.

Must be a nice feeling when it's finally all come together Kevin, great! Does that tailstop require a third screw perhaps? (just my inquisitiveness, as always). It must be quite a challenge building your own guitar but then I'm sure it gives you a lot of pleasure too; the entire building process :P

Yeah, I haven't gotten around to it yet. But now that I'll be having more time that's on my to do list.

Glad to see you're back at it, Kev. That pickguard looks like it belongs - single ply? How thick?

I finally got time to get the fret and side markers installed and dressed. Next I'm going to finish the neck same as the body unless it sells by then.
