german carve + varnish all by hand
it will be a great next week without feeling my arms

For what it's worth. I know all about blisters but don't get them anymore. Before I start any thumb/finger sanding I put masking tape on my fingers before I start. . . . works every time. -Terry

That's what dad keeps telling me to do but I can't feel the hills and valleys when I'm sanding without constantly removing the tape. I don't really get blisters anymore...part of it is just practice and knowing when to back off.

yesterday i made a leather washer




then i try it and i move the arm ,the screw unscrew i try lot of things and no one works
then i have try with the spring and it works i don't know why but it is cool

Sticky leather washer under the tremolo arm ? Cut a similar shaped washer from some plastic .. like the plastic that holds 6 beer cans together..place between the leather and the metal on the bottom .. should do the trick .. or so say the beer drinkers on here

i have put a little plastic washer already
but something i don't find is the package of coke (or 7up ect...)like you have in us ?
here the only packaging is wrap in plastic ?
then seems to work i will see when it will be totaly mount
few days of sanding again
