HELP! I don't know how to find my profile for my Avatar phot

I resized the photo that I want to use as my Avatar but I got stuck in trying to find my profile to
find the 'edit Avatar section',

Upper right hand corner under User Control Panel.

Thanks, I appreciate your quick reply. I did go to the User Control Panel but didn't take my time looking properly.
