There are two parts to this problem. To attach photos here, you need to already have them online somewhere. You can post photos at a number of sites, like flickr, imageshack, kodakgallery, etc. Once you have the photo on the internet, then you can include a link to the image by using the Img button about the text box, which creates a [ img ] [ /img ] tag. Paste the url of the photo between the tags and you're done.
