Lockerbie Victims today

Fellow members, I dislike politics but after witnessing on TV the release of a mass murderer and his triumphant return and welcoming reception in his own country, this is my comment that I had to send (and have) to CNN today.
"We may well consider the release of the Lockerbie Bomber by all those responsible, not only as a shameful act of betrayal but also as a most naively foolish political action. Hopeful of getting material gain (oil) in return by their move whilst dressing it up as their so called ‘deed of compassion’, what they are now getting in return is what the whole world can witness on their TV screens. Boy has their plan backfired; the whole of Libya is laughing its head (…) off with what they seem to celebrate as a huge political victory.
Saddest thing of all now is that insult has been added to injury to each and every innocent Lockerbie victim. My heart goes out once more to the victims".
