Hey Mel!
Yep, I just tossed on the image I'd used previously without spending any time tweaking the contrast on it just to illustrate whet I meant by "lopsided" in my other post. I tried the more horizontal positioning and didn't like the way it looked, I don't think it would make for a particularly good t-shirt design that way especially with the guitar body and the (M) logo both on the left...but....it is pretty subjective, I guess.
Anyway, if someone wants to create some kind of single-neck design of their own, I'm not trying to monopolize the shirt designing here haha. Just wanted to offer an idea of what could be done with a inexpensive single-color design, I wasn't trying to assume responsibility for designing these things.

I'm voting for the single neck with black t-shirt

Well, this is still done in paint, with a little help from powerpoint, but a middle ground between Zak's design and my design. If we do this, I'd try and get the "FORUM" font to look more Ventures-y, but it should give an idea.

Oy vey - it's MESHUGGA BEACH PARTY - The world's premier Jewish Surf Music Band!

What? Couldn't tell the logo is a link? So click here, what's the hold up? http://www.meshuggabeachparty.com

Oooooh boy  .....Looks as though we may have to "jumpstart" the Voting Theng all over again.....
one for the color of the shirt, and the other for whether we want a Single or a Doubleneck
What about Flames on the back of the shirt? Image

BTW Mel, I'd like to go with the PIC you just posted B4 me.
I think that IS THE PERFECT PIC that represents this FORUM ;)
make the Mos' of it, choose the 'rite stuff.

I'm starting to feel like a member of Congress .... Another vote ... I like the single neck, Venture's style, black and white design. It's an attention getter - plus I'm partial to black and white clothing ....

Oh yes, this white single neck is the one for me.
Cut, print that's a wrap!

......or how about a Mosrite headstock only in the same format with mosriteforum.com below it?

Lars,
I was also thinking about that a while back. But with the whole guitar on there, everyone that sees this,
will know that we represent something of the guitar catagory  . And the more I looked at the Headstock
theme, the more I started thinking of the "American Idiots (Idol)" Mentality from some people on the streets
when we wear them out in public. With our luck, some people will look at the Headstock Version, and think
it's a spinoff for some new TV series for Bart Simpson  .

No problem. I'm all in favour for everything The Simpsons related.

Dennis, I don't think we'll need a poll. the monochrome on a black shirt seems to work for most of us. I like it. I like the sixties style font for the word 'forum' too. I say clean it up and go for it.
Put me down for 2- lg.
