Today, 6 years ago Johnny Ramone Passed on. RIP Johnny, your Buzzsaw Mosrite is certainly missed

Damnit!
I always remember all my Ramones-dates. But I forgot this one. =(
Strangely, September 15th is the date when I started playing guitar. Pretty much all thanks to Johnny, who took the guitar out of the hands of "rock gods" like Page, Hendrix and Clapton and placed in in the hands of the people. R.I.P.

i remember when i heard the news when Johnny passed. I was living in culpepper virginia painting a horse stable when i heard the news on the radio. how odd is that? I'll have to crack up my johnny guitar and marshall tonight, I miss that band oh so much.

I used to live in Culpepper as well Aaron. Right there at Friendship Heights apartments.
