hardtail strat

some members asked me to post this:
59 hardtail strat, 59/60 pro (with venice era jim lansing signature d130)
ampeg vt22 ext cab (with pre rola greenbacks) and a thrift shop supro
interestingly enough
you can get a 50s strat that looks a lot like this one
for about $950 brand new
from the fender road worn series

kewl. i noticed that you have a plastic button on the high e tuner. did you smack someone with ur strat? ;)

as a matter of fact i did
but i used the other end of the guitar
lucky for both us i missed
and hit on his neck instead of his noggin

How's the thrift shop Supro play and sound?

Those things are starting to be seen again; fiathful copies or just look-alikes? The 'map' ones were always kind of hip to this mind.

It plays very well and sounds good too. It has a really thick sound and it feeds back easily. The neck is big but not uncomfortable.
