Holy Smoke! I was browsing the completed auctions on eBay for Fender Champ amps to get a current value as I have a couple, and came across this 'New in the Box'....... '58 Champ.

OK Danny, now you got a rough idea what your amps might be worth.

Oh my God Danny, thats anazing, that amp had to have had your name on it since 1958!!!!!!!! I was just at GC a few days ago looking at one of the reissue ones to use around the house, and for recording. From what I've read, the real ones are way better than the reissues, make sure you tell your insurance agent about it, and this goes for all you guys, in 1981 my home was burglerized, I had a few guitars, and guns that were stolen, I had just the standard, run of the mill home owners policy, and the insurance company beat me to death on what they gave me for my stolen property. Now I have replacement cost insurance, it's only a few dollars a year more, but well worth it. Danny, Im real happy for you on your magnificent find.

Hey guy's don't get to far off the original post. I only located that amp for sale on eBay. I don't own it. What Dennis was referring to, I do have several collectible vintage Fender amps in mint condition, but unfortunately the one in the above photo is not one of them.
