Looking for a Mosrite acoustic - Project

Looking for a #403 or similar acoustic in half decent shape. Plan to restore/refinish so condition or finish, frets, etc. not important. Mainly top and neck block must be solid and easily repairable by a qualified luthier. Small cracks needing cleats or bracing needing a reglue OK. Nothing needing a new top or in total pieces. Something that can be repaired back to fine playing shape. Cheers, Buckaroo
